  My Cancer Story (under construction)

A rising level of prostate-specific antigen (PSA), after primary surgery or radiation therapy, is the hallmark of recurrent prostate cancer and is often the earliest sign of extraprostatic spread in patients who are otherwise asymptomatic.

In general, 75% of patients treated with radiation after prostatectomy will still experience recurrence of cancer as evidenced by a rising PSA level within 5 years of radiation therapy. The high rate of failure following radiation therapy occurs because the radiation could not kill all of the cancer cells or because many undetectable cancer cells had already spread beyond the limited reach of the radiation therapy. Post prostatectomy PSA rise is because the cancer has metastasized.

A short disease-free interval after radical prostatectomy also means the highest risk for aggressive progression to distant metastases. After this hormone treatment will slow down the cancer, but will not cure it. Most hormone dependent cancers become refractory (independent) after one to three years and resume growth despite hormone therapy.

My PSA had rapidly gone from .01 to .03 and then .06 within less than six months.  After a lot of research I initiated a protocol that within twelve weeks dropped it back to .02  My aim is .001 which essentially means there is nothing to measure.

What I want to do now is outline what I did and point you to the research and clinical trials supporting the protocol I put together.  This isn't easy and is not yet a finished story.  Of all the things I am doing, I couldn't really say which part is working, maybe its a combination, who knows! Main thing is, so far I'm getting results.

This is a die-it! Because you really have to think you are going to die before you are able to do this. But there is no bigger favor you will ever do for your body or greater chance to live past 100.

This protocol combines the Gerson therapy with the knowledge from recent clinic trials that have revealed specific and powerful natural agents shown to slow or stop cancer growth.

In addition to the table below I also have two drops of Vitamin D3 six times per day. This is what I have been doing every day since April 14 2010. Earlier on I was doing four enemas per day which has been cut down now to four. During the first ten weeks I had zero protein other than what was in the greens. After that I added a little tofu or 4-8oz 'no-fat' organic yogurt.

STARTING AM:
5:00    Essiach Tea. This has be taken 1HR before food or two hours after.
           Australagis/Vitanox
           Pectin Powder/ Cell Protect/DIM
5:30    Pomegranate with niacin 50
6:00    Green juice plus potassium
6:30    Carrot and Apple with potassium and lugol solution
Fish/flax Oil teaspoon for Essential Fatty Acids (EFD)
          Coffee enema
7:00    Carrot and Apple plus Potassium and lugol
8:00    Carrot juice
BREAKFAST – Oats (Organic) followed by fruit salad
9:00     Green juice plus potassium
10:00   Carrot and Apple with potassium and lugol solution
11:00   Green Pot
12 :00  Carrot
            Soup
LUNCH – Raw greens + one potato and Hippocrates soup
1:00    Carrot
2:00    Carrot/Apple Pot &Lugol
3:00    Green Pot +Niacin
4:00    Carrot and Apple plus Potassium and lugol
5:00    DINNER - – Raw greens + one potato and Hippocrates soup
80grams Raspberries with 4oz or less ‘no fat’ organic yogurt.
          Coffee enema

6:00 30 grams freshly ground flax seed. (I do this in a coffee grinder.)
8:00 Essiach Tea before bed

Australagis and Zinc - 1 HR after last food. I normally do this when I get up to pee, all the fluids fill the tanks before you go to bed!

Raspberries must be eaten at least 30 minutes or more after any meal. If they are eaten on top of another meal the digestion is slowed up and important cancer killing acids are destroyed before being absorbed. A little yogurt speeds up absorption.

LUNCH and DINNER
Tomatoes – boiled to release the
Potato slow cooked over two hours
Salad – ample broccoli combined with tomato puree, water cress plus other greens
Sometimes tofu and once a week raw salmon in apple cider

My Heavy Hitters
Don’t feed the cancer! No sugar, fat or oil of any sort other than that in green foods or the Flax/fish oil as prescribed. No alcohol, no diary, bread, wheat etc etc. No animal products – no meat. (and I love a great steak!)

  • Raw vegetables – vegan
  • Pomegranate juice. This is one of the few things that can be bought in a bottle, cold pressed and not reconstituted. Clinical trials show 8oz of this per day slows prostate cancer progression by four times or more.
  • Broccoli – was using broccoli sprout powder as well which has loads of sulfuraphane but couldn’t afford to keep buying it. Try to make up for it by eating heaps of broccoli combined with the tomato puree I make where the lycopene where together they seem to multiply absorption and affect.
  • Vitamin D3
  • Vitamin C - Study now proves the cancer killing ability of vitamin C. I used powder form in water which sipped during the day as well as some intravenous sessions.
  • Raspberries
  • Apricot Seeds
  • Ground Flax Seed
  • Watercress
Raw protein in the green vegetables or tofu (Excess protein feeds cancer cells, if cooked is carcinogenic , often contains fat which feeds cancer and causes the body to become acidic which nourishes cancer.)

Notes in my meals

All the fruits and vegetables are organic and fresh.

All fruits except: most berries, nuts, pineapple, avocados, and cucumber. Berries and pineapple may cause allergic reactions to the aromatic acids present. Nuts are too high in proteins. Avocados are too high in fats. Cucumbers in combination with the required juices are difficult to digest.

The most common salad ingredients include apples, carrots, watercress, green onions, celery, lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli, endive, chives, chicory, tomatoes, green peppers, radishes, beet, cabbage. Apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and flaxseed oil were used as salad dressing.

I eat a potato for lunch and dinner. Brown or wild rice sometimes used to replace potatoes once in a while and sweet potato maybe once a week.

I have for breakfast by itself but you could add apple, papaya, or other fresh fruits. Honey, pure maple syrup, or un-sulphured blackstrap molasses can be used as sweetener but I never bothered. Dried fruits may also be added, but they should be un-sulphured and unsweetened. It is recommended they should be stewed.

The Hippocrates Special Cancer Soup I mentioned is recommended as a starter to every meal. A minimum of 8 ounces canbe consumed in each meal. The soup is prepared from the following ingredients:

(a) 3 to 4 stalks of celery
(b) Small amount of parsley
(c) 1 1/2 pounds of tomatoes
(d) 2 medium onions
(e) 2 small leaks or 2 additional medium onion
(f) A few cloves of garlic
(g) 1 pound of potatoes

The above ingredients are covered with filtered or mountain spring water and cooked for 2 hours. The mixture can be processed to a thick creamy soup in food mill, allowing only fibres and peels to remain. It is recommended to prepare the soup and refrigerate it only for 2 days of consumption.

Herbs and spices are not recommended during the healing process in the first few weeks of treatment because they tend to interfere with the healing response. In cooking vegetables, water should be added as little as possible because there are already enough natural water in the 13 glasses of juices.

I have salt-free and fat-free rye bread after consuming the full required meal. An example of a breakfast may include 8 ounces of orange juice, a bowl of cooked oatmeal with choice fruits, and toasted rye bread. An example of a lunch or dinner may include salad of mixed raw fruits and vegetables, a bowl of Hippocrates Special Cancer Soup, 8 ounces of apple-carrot juice, one baked potato, freshly cooked vegetables, raw or stewed fruits. I never bothered with the stewed fruits or freshly cooked vegetables opting for raw.
